Shop Policies


Payments can be made via Shopify Payments or PayPal. Australian residents over the age of 18 also have the option of using Afterpay. All prices are in Australian dollars. There may be fees or charges applied for currency conversion if you are outside of Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Work on custom items will begin when payment has cleared.


Parcels are sent with tracking via Australia Post Standard. There is a flat rate of $8 for domestic parcels, $19.50 to New Zealand and $25 for the rest of the world. The time taken to deliver parcels is outside of my control and delays may occur, particularly around holidays and other busy times. If you require your item for a particular date I would suggest purchasing the Express Post upgrade. This is available for deliveries within Australia. If you would like to add Express Shipping to an International order, please contact me for a custom listing when available. Please note that the timeframes indicated in custom listings for the time to create and send your item will still apply when an Express Post upgrade is purchased, unless an arrangement to rush your order has been agreed on.

Customs Fees and Duties

Customs fees and duties may apply for international customers. I can not advise or estimate what fees or charges may apply and am not liable for them. Please check prior to purchase whether fees or duties may apply to you.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

As items are custom made based on sizing advice from the customer, I can not offer refunds in the event an incorrect size is purchased. If you need help with sizing please contact me prior to purchase.

Under WA consumer law I do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

Every effort is made to ensure each item is of a high quality. I ask that you check your item on receipt and contact me within ten days if you believe there is a problem. On returning your item it will be checked and if it is deemed to be faulty the customer will have the option of repair where possible, exchange if available or a full refund including postage both ways. If a repair or replacement is chosen, Sossie&Bee will pay the postage on the item. The customer will only be liable for the initial postage charge.


Sossie&Bee specialises in selling small quantities of each design. In the event that the website oversells a fabric, the item will be sent to the first person to have completed the transaction. If additional fabric can not be sourced to fulfil the transactions that occurred after the item sold out, the customers will have the option of an exchange or a full refund.


Each listing for a custom order will have a time frame included in the listing. This timeframe indicates the maximum time to allow for your item to be dispatched. It does not include an allowance for the delivery estimates of Australia Post. Please allow extra time for delivery. If you require your item to be made faster than the timeframe included in the listing please contact me as I may be able to organise a rush order.
